1) KOCs need to publish and guide their friends and followers to make purchases through the links in their own posts in order to receive the corresponding commission for those purchases.
2) When friends or followers make additional purchases through a post, they will receive a 12-hour product discount period. KOCs need to guide their friends or followers to complete the payment within 12 hours in order to receive the commission. The payment can be completed through the links in the post or by making the additional purchase and paying for the order within the app.
3) Cashback is calculated based on the real-time commission rate at the time of the purchase and will be settled into the KOC’s account after the order is completed. Canceling an order or returning part of the products before the order is completed will result in the corresponding order and product cashback being deducted.
4) If a fan makes additional purchases of the same product through different KOCs’ posts and pays for them in the same order, the cashback generated from the product’s amount will be settled to the KOC of the fan’s last additional purchase.
5) If a fan makes additional purchases of different products through different KOCs’ posts and pays for them in the same order, the cashback will be settled separately based on the products promoted by each KOC.
