Yesmeal Refund & Return Policies

If you receive a product from Yesmeal Grocery that is defective, damaged, expired, or has a quality issue, you may request a refund or return of the product within the allowed refund/return period. Yesmeal Grocery will process your refund within 1-3 business days of receipt of the returned product, however, please note that it may take your bank up to 10 business days to process your refund from the date that it was issued by Yesmeal Grocery.


For the safety of our customers, returns are only accepted in limited circumstances.

Once your return is received, a refund will be processed after an inspection has been completed. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. If you used Yamimel Merchant Points, the balance will be refunded first, followed by the original payment method. Please note that your bank may take up to 10 business days to process your refund from the date that it was issued by Yesmeal Grocery.


Please inspect the quality and quantity of the items in your order as soon as possible. If you have any issues with your order, including but not limited to quality issues, missing products, damaged packaging, weight shortages, thawed products or expired products, please contact Customer Service. A full or partial refund may be issued to your original form of payment.

Refund requests must be submitted within the following timeframes:

• Thawed frozen food goods:within one (1) day of receiving the order.
• Vegetable/perishable goods: within two (2) days of receiving the order.
• Frozen food goods: within seven (7) days of receiving the order.
• Dry food goods: within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. Returns are generally not supported, depending on the condition of the item.

No refund or return will be honored if you fail to notify us within the timeframe listed above. To contact Customer Service, please go to the “Orders” section > “Past Orders” in the Yesmeal App, select the order with the issue, and click “Live Chat” to provide feedback. Pictures of the affected item(s) must be provided for verification purposes.

For items eligible for return at Yesmeal Grocery, our Customer Care Team will assist to arrange driver to collect the items. The collection method will be either:
(i) on the delivery day if you have made a purchase. Driver will collect the items while delivering your next order; or
(ii) on any available delivery day based on your address. Driver will collect the items on the day upon request, at any timeframe.

Please note that no fee will be imposed when issuing a return. For further enquiries, kindly contact Customer Care Team through our Help Center.

For payments made with a coupon, the value may be allocated across all or part of the items. If you request a refund for an item purchased with a coupon, the coupon may lose its full or partial value and cannot be replaced. You will be refunded the amount paid after the applied discount.
