How do I get a reimbursement for the hardware?
When you subscribe our hardware service from us, we will reimburse the hardware service fee to you by deducting your weekly payment from Yesmeal. The total upper limit for the reimbursement is $500. When the total hardware service fee is less than $500, the cap of the limitation will be the total subscription fee you were paid and will be reimbursed in full. The discount policy is valid for one year, and after expiration, no further refunds will be given regardless of whether the reimbursed has been completed. The validity period of the preferential policy is calculated from the date you sign the sign-up form.
How do I receive orders?

How do I configure my order-receiving device?

Can I return the device?
Devices cannot be returned after subscription. If you want to know how to configure the device, free feel to contact our Yamimeal Care Team.
If I want to terminate the cooperation, will the unreturned amount still be settled to me?
No. When a business requests to terminate the partnership, regardless of whether the device amount has been fully refunded, it will be default to terminating the hardware subscription reimbursement policy.
