Yesmeal Share & Earn Program Terms & Conditions

The Yesmeal Share & Earn Program (the “Share & Earn”) is a Marketing Tool in Yesmeal Platform. The Platform allows registered users to earn Yes Points towards future purchases by referring friends to Yesmeal. To participate in this program , Yesmeal users must agree to the Yesmeal Terms of Use.

1.How Does Yesmeal Share & Earn Program Work?

Yesmeal Share & Earn Program allows registered Yesmeal users (an “Yesmeal user”) to invite friends to join and register with Yesmeal. For each friend you successfully refer to Yesmeal, you will earn Yes Points immediately from Yesmeal Plattform. If your invited friend has completed a purchase, you will earn, for example, extra 100 Yes Points ($1 value) towards your rewards balance. Your friends will get their limit-time discounted price of your shared items to make a purchase right away.

* The number of Yes Points rewarded for referring a friend may change at any time without advanced notifications.

2.What Benefits do I get?

After your friends join this Share & Earn Program through your shared invitation, you will also receive Yes points. Additionally, you will earn extra Yes points after they complete their first order using your referral link.

3.How do I refer my friends to Yesmeal?

You may refer your friends by sending them a unique invitation URL link. Make sure you are logged in to your Yesmeal account, then click “Share & Earn” once you place your order.

Alternatively, you can share products with your friends through the “share” function inside Yesmeal’s APPs.

4.How to Earn Yes Points

Yesmeal users can earn Yes Points towards their Yesmeal Points account if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid Yesmeal account; and (ii) the referred friend completes a valid order and the order is not canceled or refunded.

5.How to Redeem Points

Yes points may only be redeemed via the Yesmeal Site and Applications. Yes points will automatically appear as redeemable points on the checkout page. Yes Points have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.

If for any reason you perceive any issues regarding your balance, please contact us via Yesmeal Care at support@Yesmeal.com. Yesmeal may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Yesmeal’s sole discretion.

6.Referred a Friend

If you refer a friend who has signed up the program using a valid referral link, your friends will be eligible for the limit-time discounted price for your shared items on your current order on Yesmeal.

7.Multiple Referrals

A referred friend will get limit-time discounted price for shared items through different referral links. If a referred friend receives multiple referral links from different Yesmeal users, only the referral link that the referred friend last clicked on will be attributed to the corresponding Yesmeal user for earning points.

You may not create multiple Yesmeal Accounts and send invitation links to yourself. Abuse or attempt to fraudulently obtain Yes points, may result in account suspension and cancellation of Yes Points balance.

Yes Points accrued in separate Yesmeal accounts may not be combined into one Yesmeal account.

8.Termination and Modifications

By participating in this program, you agree to our Terms of Use .

Yesmeal may suspend or terminate the Share & Earn Program, change the amount of Yes Points, or a user’s ability to participate in the Share & Earn Program at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove points if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Yesmeal Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming points can change at any time.

9.Updates to the Terms

We can update the terms above at any time without prior notices.
